Return Window
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Return Shipping
- We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns
- A prepaid return label will be provided upon return approval
Restocking Fee
- A 1% restocking fee applies to all returned items
- This fee will be deducted from your refund amount
Digital Products — Final Sale
- All digital downloads (Planners, Printables, Vision Board Kits, Stickers, E-Books, Journals, Affirmation Prints) are final sale — no returns or refunds
- If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at bssingupwithlisa@gmail.com and we'll make it right
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at bssingupwithlisa@gmail.com
- We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no restocking fee applies.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- The 1% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total

- We offer exchanges for wrong size or defective items only
